Cornell’s Jewelers offers a 10 day money back return on your internet or in-store purchase. We will gladly accept returns on items for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. A refund it will be credited in the same way in which it was paid. Any item that was worn, sized, altered, engraved, damaged, custom made or on sale are deemed as non-refundable nor exchangeable.
Cornell’s Jewelers is not responsible for any lost packages, therefore you should insure package through the carrier for the full retail (including tax). Please note, purchases made in our store and not on-line are subject to our standard in store return policy printed on your receipt.

This number will need to be written on the outside of the package. Any returns that do not have an RA# WILL NOT be accepted and WILL BE returned to the sender. Return authorization numbers will expire within 5 business days. Step 2: Shipping an item back to Cornell’s Jewelers Please box: all merchandise, packaging, receipt, and email confirmation of your RA#. Make sure your package:
is properly secured and sealed
you have properly insured the package through the carrier for the full retail (including tax)
Request a signature required upon receipt of package Request a return confirmation that your package has been delivered to Cornell’s Jewelers.

Shipping is non-refundable. A refund on [standard] shipping will only be applied if there was an error during the checkout process through www.cornellsjewelers.com. Cornell’s Jewelers is not responsible for any lost packages, therefore you should insure package through the carrier for the full retail (including tax). Step 3: Receiving & Processing Upon receipt, merchandise will be sent to our quality control department. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, sized, altered, damaged, or disclosed as ‘non-refundable’ cannot be accepted.
