
Please help us fight food insecurity in our community
Many in our area are challenged with putting food on the table. If you have some extra items in your cupboard and would like to donate, bring them in by Friday morning at 10:00am.The following items are in highest need. Please no expired items.
- Beans (Pinto, Navy, Chili, Black)
- Cereal
- Fruit (Canned or Boxed)
- Healthy Snacks (Granola Bars, Crackers, etc)
- Juice (Canned or Boxed)
- Pasta
- Pasta Sauce
- Peanut Butter
- Rice
- Soups
- Tomatoes (Canned or Boxed)
- Tuna
- Vegetables (Canned or Boxed)
- Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, Tissues, Tooth Brush, Toothpaste, Feminine Hygiene)
- Toilet Paper
- Diapers
- Laundry & Dish Detergent
- Sponges
- Dish Towels
- Personal Hygiene Items: Lotion, Deodorant, Shampoo, Conditioner
This is how the cupboard works:
Individuals in the community who need food should call the BFC, (585) 271-5355. Community volunteers fill the order, which is then delivered to the client’s home. The case manager also offers clients information and advocacy to help resolve any additional social service needs.All donations can be dropped off at Cornell's Jewelers by
